When you switch to Morgan Jones from another agent, we waive our management fee for the first three months. This applies to Full Management contracts and gives you time to experience our service risk-free.

No hidden fees. Our fee schedule is transparent and straightforward. The management percentage covers everything from tenant finding to ongoing management. We don't charge extra for inspections, statement processing, or routine admin.

Yes, you can switch to us at any point. We'll handle the transition smoothly, liaising with your current agent and tenants to ensure continuity. Most switches complete within 2-4 weeks.

Not much, and we guide you through all of it. To let a property we'll need proof you own it, your Rent Smart Wales registration (we'll point you to it if you're not sure), any safety certificates you already have (gas, EICR, EPC), and access to the property. If a certificate is missing or out of date, we arrange it for you. You don't need contracts, inventories or tenant paperwork ready in advance: setting all of that up properly is our job, not yours.
