Includes Tenant Find service. We'll also collect rent, provide rental statements, renew tenancies and assist in serving legal notices.

Full Management


Includes Tenant Find and Rent Collect service. We'll also report and manage any maintenance issues, inspect the property every 6 months, provide check out inspections and deal with any deposit disputes.



Includes Full Management service. We'll also assist in applying for the licence and help ensure the property stays compliant.
